Drawing & Specification review
Before fabrication begins, we review the supplied drawings, dimensions, material requirements, quantities, welding requirements and finishing specifications to establish the fabrication scope.


Precicion Fabrication
 Our fabrication process focuses on accurate measurement, cutting, fit-up, alignment and welding. Components are fabricated according to the approved project requirements.


Quality Checks
 Fabricated components are checked during the manufacturing process for dimensions, fit-up, alignment, weld quality and general workmanship. Final checks are carried out before the completed work is prepared for collection or delivery.

Material & Finishing 
 Materials and finishing requirements are considered according to the project specification. Where required, fabricated steelwork can be prepared for painting, protective coating, galvanizing or other specified finishing processes.

Workshop Safety
We maintain a professional workshop environment and follow appropriate safe working practices during fabrication, welding, cutting, grinding, material handling and finishing activities.
